Leg Base and WheelsImported 350mm diameter half polished Aluminum leg base with 5 pieces caster wheel.
Gas Lift Cylinder:Imported gas lift with stroke length 100mm and this is covered with 3-part protective dust cover
Mechanism:Imported mechanism made of 2.3mm mild steel with lever handle. There is a fabricated SS structure with SS sheet 340mmx435mmx0.9mm for supporting the chair mechanism.
Frame Material:The structure is made of 1.5mm thick non-magnetic Stainless Steel tube with diameter 25mm. The Stainless Steel tube is bent in high precision CNC tube bending machine in nice ergonomic geometry to fit a mahogany wood strips on the top.
Arm-Rest:Two armrests. Each are made of 1.2mm thick non-magnetic Stainless Steel tube with diameter 25mm. The Stainless Steel tube is mechanically pressed and bent with nice ergonomic geometry to fit a and foam pasted with leather wrapping on the top.
Upholstery/ Top MaterialsThere are 17 pieces wooden strips which are screw fitted on stainless steel structure for seating. These wood strips are of 50mm width, 25mm thick and length varies from 435mm to 490mm. These wood strips are properly seasoned, then processed in high quality molding machine and lacquer polish.There is a high quality imported leather/PU covered headrest 420mmx150mm which is constructed with 25mm comfort foam pasted on 12mm thick ply.
Back Support:The back support is designed according to human spine structure, providing neck, shoulder, and back protection for comfortable seating.
